How do I pay for my cleaning services?
We encourage clients to pay via Zelle with your personal banking institution. This can be accessed with your banks mobile app or online banking.
**Please always place the cleaning date in the 'Note' line before sending payment.**

How much will my cleaning cost?
The cost of your cleaning on a regular basis is based on our free estimate. To give you an accurate price quote, the estimate is necessary and takes only about 15 minutes of your time.
How much will my first cleaning cost?
To make your house really shine on the first visit takes a little extra time. The first time we visit we charge a slightly higher rate than your regular visits will cost, both prices will be given to you at the time of the estimate.
How does Vera's Cleaning handle bounced checks?
Bounced checks happen for a few reasons. If you plan on closing a bank account and have already issued us a check, please communicate this with us so we can do our best not to deposit the check and can coordinate a new payment with you. If a check is bounced from your account, we do require a new payment to be made as soon as possible. The amount due will be the original cleaning quote plus a $20 fee.
What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?
Just give us a call at least 24 hours in advance! We appreciate your understanding that schedule changes cause disruption to the smooth flow of operation. There will be a charge of $25.00 if you give us less than 24 hours' notice of cancellation, no key left as previously arranged or someone is not there at the agreed time to let our team in.
What if I need to skip a cleaning?
Just give us a call at least 24 hours in advance! We appreciate your understanding that skipped cleanings create additional work for our cleaners on your next scheduled cleaning. There will be an upcharge for skipped cleanings.
Can I get extra cleaning services that are not listed?
Yes, tell us what additional services you would like us to provide and we will include them in your estimate.
Do I have to be home?
Most of our customers are not. For security, only the professionals who clean your home have access to the keys.
Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
For your convenience, we bring our equipment and normal supplies. We would be pleased to accommodate you should you wish us to use your own preferred supplies.
Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, toys, and other household items.
What time will Vera’s Cleaning Service arrive at our home?
We schedule a date and time for your service and arrive promptly.
